2. Platform Framework & Direct Checkout Model

• Buy Now Functionality: Orbakia operates on a streamlined, direct-to-purchase execution model ("Buy Now" direct checkout system). By clicking the direct checkout option, you authorize immediate order placement and subsequent payment routing via our designated processing networks.

• Cryptocurrency & Gateway Operations: Orbakia facilitates digital commerce through secure third-party processing integrations, including cryptocurrency payment routing networks (such as NOWPayments API). All crypto-based or fiat-based digital transfers are definitive, irreversible, and governed additionally by the technical limitations or native confirmations inherent to block networks or respective processing clearings.

3. Digital Attributes and Vendor Provisions

• Gaming & Digital Assets Category: The platform houses multi-vendor structures specializing in specialized virtual items, digital categories, game-specific keys, licenses, tokens, in-game boosts, or custom parameters (including but not limited to character designs, cosmetic skins, virtual ranks, and custom gaming attributes).

• Disclaimer of Losses: Orbakia, its executive team, developers, or affiliates shall under no circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, collateral, or punitive financial losses, asset devaluations, crypto-asset block stalls, data corruptions, or digital delivery discrepancies arising from your use or inability to safely navigate the platform.

7. Modifications to Terms and Platform Architecture
